Job #2 is swell, a few hours over lunch a few days a week. Hopefully flexible enough to facilitate the finishing of the degree as well.
The progress around the house has slowed considerably, but still continues, so that's hopeful.
Other than that, Tuesday means that we must kill time in town between dance classes. Today that means pizza with grandpa. I'm off to make a salad to go with that. TTFN!

I've got two questions:
Does Grandpa make the pizza?
What do most people tip? 2o to 25% never seems to be enough if you study the face of staff when they see their tip.
Grandpa takes the pizza out of the freezer and puts it in the oven. Uncle K is the maker of pizzas. We'll have to call him for next week...
20-25%??? Please come to my restaurants! Granted we live out here in hick country, but my average right now is about 12% at the lunch place and 17.5% at the supper place with liquor, and that's pretty good. We were required to report 6% at the last national chain I worked at. I would turn backflips for a consistent 20% and for 25%, well...
As for the face, maybe its that deadpan "I really shouldn't look like I'm expecting something" thing. Tips are frequently like the elephant in the room. Everyone knows servers get tipped, but pretend like its a big surprise or something, or didn't see that bill tucked under the plate that surreptitiously was tucked in the pocket.
I'll be up.
